Laser treatments are service based procedures and results vary by individual. Payment reflects the time, expertise, and resources allocated, not a guaranteed outcome.<\/p>\n
\n– All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
\n– Packages must be used within 18 months of purchase date
\n– Expired sessions will not be reinstated
\n– Unused sessions hold no cash value\n<\/p>\n
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule.<\/p>\n
\n– Less than 24 hours notice will result in one session being forfeited or a 100% no-show fee
\n– Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior communication will be considered a no-show and will result in one session being forfeited or a 100% no-show fee
\n– Repeated no-shows or last minute cancellations may result in refusal of future booking\n<\/p>\n
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, supplements, and contraindications prior to receiving services. Knue Laser is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are a suitable candidate for treatment at each visit.<\/p>\n
Knue Laser reserves the right to refuse service at any time due to safety concerns, non-compliance, outstanding balances, or conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive.<\/p>\n
