At Knue Laser, we are committed to providing high quality, results driven treatments. All clients are required to review and agree to the following policy prior to receiving services.

Payments & Booking

All payments made at the time of booking are final and non-refundable. Payment in full is required to secure your appointment.

All Sales Final

All services, treatment packages, and prepaid sessions are non-refundable.

Laser treatments are service based procedures and results vary by individual. Payment reflects the time, expertise, and resources allocated, not a guaranteed outcome.

Packages & Prepaid Services

– All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
– Packages must be used within 18 months of purchase date
– Expired sessions will not be reinstated
– Unused sessions hold no cash value

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule.

– Less than 24 hours notice will result in one session being forfeited or a 100% no-show fee
– Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior communication will be considered a no-show and will result in one session being forfeited or a 100% no-show fee
– Repeated no-shows or last minute cancellations may result in refusal of future booking

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, supplements, and contraindications prior to receiving services. Knue Laser is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are a suitable candidate for treatment at each visit.

Right to Refuse Service

Knue Laser reserves the right to refuse service at any time due to safety concerns, non-compliance, outstanding balances, or conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Policy Agreement

By booking and receiving services with Knue Laser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy in its entirety.

Authorization of Charges

By providing payment and completing your booking, you authorize Knue Laser to charge your card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
